Appointments 2.0
This post is for threading with Trafalgar Law anytime and anywhere. It can be used for Action or the Ring feature on journals (voice or written) to get in contact with him for personal conversations. This will be used primarily for 'placement' threads such as: someone left a present or 'by the way, come to this party on such-and-such' or the like.
Note: When making a new thread, please title it like such:
[Action, January 3rd]
[Voice, March 8th]

[Ginia leaves the message at that. She's done what she can to clean out the injuries and stop the bleeding, ruining two towels and leaving a trail of blood from the front door to the downstairs bathroom. Thank goodness for hardwood floors and tile. Ginia's not sure what she would do if there was carpet around.
After that, she makes herself comfortable on the floor and keeps her leg elevated as she waits for him, still quite shaken and on edge after the attack.]
[Written/Action March 27th]
[In nineteen minutes, there's a a sharp rap at the door. Law's just outside, a bag of medical supplies slung over his shoulder, subtly on guard as he holds his sword, hand resting on the hilt. He's watching the darkness so very carefully.]
Oi. Miss Ginia? It's Law. Door locked?
[Action March 27th]
It's already unlocked!
[She calls back to him. Not a direct invitation, something that could keep a vampire out, but let anyone else in. Once he enters the house, she'll wave from the living room, smile weakly. Her leg is propped up on the edge of an end table, towels wrapped around her upper thigh. Odin, Ginia's dog, laying protectively at her side, growls quietly, but does nothing else.]
[Action March 27th]
And he didn't sense them coming up.
Which has troubling implications.]
Got it. Coming in. [Once he's in and the dog growls, he raised his hands in surrender and speaks soothingly.] Easy there... I'm not a threat. [And lean the nodachi against a wall, eyes widening and then narrowing slightly.]
... that looks nasty. I'll be a sec. I need to wash my hands and put on some gloves. Where's the kitchen?
[Action March 27th]
Three puncture wounds on the front of my thigh, cuts on the back, stressed it running on it. It's a miracle I'm not hamstrung, though I can't imagine I'll be walking much after this.
[She smiles wryly from her place on the floor.]
I trust you won't tell anyone about this, and I hope you forgive me for dropping some clinic shifts.
[Action March 27th]
No... I won't. [The snap of latex.] 's alright. I'll just rearrange the schedule a bit.
[He returns, giving Odin a mindful glance, and drops to his knees, reaching for his gear. Not his favorite position, being on his knees, but necessary. And once the towels are moved aside, he frowns heavily, even as he assesses the wounds and moves to finish the cleansing of them that Ginia started.]
Those are very deep... [Murmuring, trailing off... the puncture wounds are vaguely crescent shaped; like someone jammed their fingernails in.] ... and yes, stressing it didn't do them any favors, but it's not as bad as it could be. No major nerve damage.
You're going to have to be very careful with this leg, though. The muscle is torn in such a way healing is going to be a long term process. But if you are, the end prognosis is that your leg will be close to one hundred percent again. It will just take time.
[Action March 27th]
I want crutches. Eventually. And this once, I'll be good, but define long term. Weeks or months here?
((ooc; After a lot of thinking on the injury, I have a better representation on her chart here. Drusilla has some crazy sharp claws - sliced open someone's throat! - so I figure there'd be deep lacerations from where she grabbed on and where Ginia had to pull her leg free.))
[Action March 27th]
Months, unfortunately. And as I said, you'll have to be very careful. [He continues to work, switching to needle and thread. The large gashes first.] I'm going to start stitching now. Are you hanging in there alright?
[He might have to move her; the blood loss might necessitate a transfusion.]

Not for the first bit. But, on the bright side, it's an excuse to catch up on any reading you've been saving for a rainy day. Or indulge in a new hobby like shogi.
[He grins briefly.]
Shogi you can easily while away the hours playing. It's a little addictive that way.
[Action March 27th]
How long until I can hopping about a greater distance than the living room to the kitchen and back? And what's shogi?
[Action March 27th]
[And for that second item...]
Shogi's a form of chess. It's a hell of a lot of fun. ... I like it, Shikamaru likes it, the spirits like it...
I wish more people liked it. I'd get more matches that way.
[Action March 27th]
Always been horrible at chess.
[Action March 27th]
Poker?
