[Hello Luceti. You’re greeted by the sound of a journal opening and muttering. And in the far background, rustling. Like something is squirming around in the distance - wrapping, twining, growing.
We might have a problem here.]
Is there anyone in the village with extensive knowledge of fairy tales? We have a situation on our hands we could use some advice dealing with. [Or maybe even a rescue, but Law’s pride keeps him from saying that much - for now.]
Thorns. [Katara’s voice piped in.] Lots and lots of thorns. They’re growing and overtaking the house, and we’re not sure why.
We think they’re connected to a kidnapping effect. The lady affected has been in an unnaturally deep sleep for days and nothing seems to wake her. [Nothing. Not even beer bottles perched on her head. 8|a ] Has anyone heard of anything like this?
((This is an open post that can be fielded by anybody trapped in the house. Threadjack to your hearts’ content - Law’s journal is made to be snatched from him and anyone else who has it.))

[She starts to lean over, tucking a strand of her loose hair behind an ear.]
...do you think--should it be on the lips? [Perhaps it's a mark of her relative inexperience, but it hadn't occurred to Vivi until just now that fairy tale kisses tend to be a little more than a peck on the cheek.]

[Vivi pauses for a moment, halfway through the motion of leaning to Nami's face. She reaches for Nami's hand, resting lightly atop the covers, and encircles it with her own. Only then she begins to move again, slowly, till her lips are near Nami's ear. Her voice is a low murmur as she speaks, giving Nami's hand a gentle squeeze of encouragement to punctuate what she says. She closes her eyes, trying to pour every bit of affection she feels for her friend into her words:] Nami-san, please wake up.
[Then just the barest of pauses as she takes a breath and begins to move in for the
killkiss.][Action]
Why exactly is there a lack of video coverage in this room? Not that Sanji needs it or anything, ahaha... >_>
Seriously though who's got the camera-- and oh yeah he should probably lean forward to see if it worked or not.]

omg get out you voyeursOblivious to her audience, Vivi brings her lips to Nami's, parting them slightly as she kisses her. It's fairly chaste as kisses go, and as Vivi continues to feel no response whatsoever from Nami, not even the barest answering movement of lips, she cuts it off rather abruptly, lifting her head to watch for any delayed reaction from her friend. She gives Nami's hand another little squeeze, but the navigator's face remains impassive in sleep. Vivi sighs, looking back over her shoulder to Sanji.]I don't think that did anything. [Her voice sounds more disappointed than she'd meant it to, and Vivi realizes that a part of her had begun to believe that this would actually be the answer.]

It was still a good try, Vivi-chan. [He sighs and leans back, pinching the bridge of his nose]

Why do you think it didn't work? Because we're both women? Or maybe because it really does need to be Nami-san's true love? [If that last is true, they could have a real problem on their hands...]

Tch, does she even have a true love? [Tone heavily implying that as far as Sanji was aware? No, no she doesn't.]

[She glances back to Sanji, unsure if she should ask...] Maybe--have you tried kissing her, Sanji-san? You may not be actually royalty, but...[Mr Prince. It's a huge stretch and Vivi knows it, but just as in her case, could it really hurt to at least try?]

We're gonna need the real deal. [Otherwise he'd get their self-proclaimed Pirate King on the scene (What? Luffy is infinitely better than everyone else available)]

Well...I could try and get a hold of Ling-san. He's a prince!

[Vivi notices Sanji bristling and tries to subtly lower his hostility with a comforting pat on the shoulder.] I hope that will work. [Since if not, they're fairly out of options.]
