We might have a problem here.]



Is there anyone in the village with extensive knowledge of fairy tales? We have a situation on our hands we could use some advice dealing with. [Or maybe even a rescue, but Law’s pride keeps him from saying that much - for now.]



Thorns. [Katara’s voice piped in.] Lots and lots of thorns. They’re growing and overtaking the house, and we’re not sure why.



We think they’re connected to a kidnapping effect. The lady affected has been in an unnaturally deep sleep for days and nothing seems to wake her. [Nothing. Not even beer bottles perched on her head. 8|a ] Has anyone heard of anything like this?

So yes, we're stuck until we can figure out a way to deliver her love's true kiss without the true love.

Nakama. That's the word. [If he understood it correctly, it was a concept he was himself intimately familiar with.]

There's no reason why we can't speculate on the possibility of the kiss being out of love in general, and not just romantic love. The love between nakama is just as influential as romance. Maybe more.

[Being the timid and sweet thing she is, Miyabi actually isn't much interested in stealing away Law's journal, instead wandering around the house and occasionally checking in on Nami or trying to find something to do to occupy her time. Her position changes every hour or so, from laying on the couch, to sitting on the floor, against a wall, anywhere no one else is. She's restless, bored, and worried about her friend.

When she comes back into the room, Miyabi's rubbing at her eyes - this entire ordeal is exhausting.]

She needs a kiss from a prince, preferably one that's her True Love, to wake her and end this madness.
