Ibuprofen is what I'd suggest as a first choice drug in pain management and decreasing any contributing inflammation. If you don't respond to that... codeine might be the next step.

[It'd have to be carefully managed though if given out - and Law was always wary when deciding when to prescribe such things. It was in the opioid class, and potentially addictive, especially given how people suffered long term in Luceti.]
